Yinka Reis is the Managing Director of First World Ventures Ltd, where she is also Trainer, and Facilitator. As a Master Coach, ‘Yinka supports professionals that hold both executive and managerial roles in achieving a desired work-life balance.

Whilst ‘Yinka started her career as a registered Pharmacist in Nigeria and the UK, she has worked as a Chief Pharmacist at Eko Hospitals Plc. In Nigeria, before adapting her skills and turning to a career where she helps professionals improve and advance in their career.

When designing and finalising training programmes, ‘Yinka collaborates with colleagues and other specialists in mindfulness and career advancement. These programmes have been delivered to a range of notable companies with a long-term impact on their growth and performance.

‘Yinka wears several other hats as a motivational speaker, mentor, marriage counsellor, life coach, and is the founder of RootCamp, an initiative that allows young people embrace and celebrate their cultural roots, practices, and national values.

When it comes to ‘Yinka’s professional qualifications, expertise in the field of mindfulness, and education, she is a certified facilitator of Leading Bold Change, developed by John Kotter (Professor of Leadership at Harvard Business School) and she is also a certified practitioner of Goal Mapping (developed by Brian Mayne). In the same manner as Dr. Reis, ‘Yinka is proficient in Search Inside Yourself (SIY), as well as holding a qualification to use D.I.S.C Personality Profiling and the HAY Group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. As for ‘Yinka’s educational achievements, she is an alumna of the Institute for National Transformation and the Lagos Business School, where she held leadership positions as Vice-Chairperson of the Endowment Fund Committee and President of her Executive MBA class.

‘Yinka’s and Dr. P.M. ‘Tunde Reis are married and work alongside each other both in Firstworld Ventures and on philanthropic projects. Tunde, Yinka, and their four daughters launched Borikan Self-Reliance Trust, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting grassroots educational initiatives for the indigent children in society. The Reis Family have a shared belief that the most leveraged way to alleviate global poverty is through universal education.
